It is raining waterfalls

After Florianopolis we went yet again by bus to Foz de Iguacu. Another bordertown, this time on the border with Argentina and Paraguay. From here you can visit the famous waterfalls. They can be seen from the Argentinian side and the Brazilian side. We did both, as you should. They both give a completely different view on the falls. In Argentina you walk above the waterfalls, you see most of the place but it does not give you a complete overview. You can take a boatride to the falls, so that you get soaking wet, unless you come prepeard like us (hey, we are hardly prepared for lots of stuff as we keep finding out, so now we kinda were because I had a poncho). Brazil gives you this complete picture of this amazingly beautiful place. It moved me to tears (yes, again, if it is not a whale or a tango it is a waterfall). From here you can get a helicopter ride over the falls. I always wanted to go into a helicopter so I was looking forward to it. I also was a bit excited. The helicopter ride was absolutely AMAZING. It gave me a rush of blood to the head! Not only the view from up there is beyond believe, also the ride itself was awesome. It gave me a reallllll good buzz. So good that I wanted to go again straight away and I promissed myself that from now on if I am in a place worthwile seeing from the air and that is possible bu helicopter, I will.

I am walking the walk and talking the talk, but now the pictures will do the talking:
