Brazillllllllllllll lalalalalalalalaaaaaaaaaaaa

Chuy, or Chui. Depends on in which part of the city you are. The bordertown between Uruguay and Brazil......bordertowns are always a bit dodgy. We arrived at 2 pm and our bus leaves at 11 pm. So walking around, hopping into Uruguay and into Brazil again and back into Uruguay, eating, internet, change money and so on....Uruguay has been very gentle to us......the cities, the people, it´s all soooo very nice. Absolutely holiday worthy.....the beaches are awesome....

The last few days we stayed in Punto del Diablo. In a wooden cabin on the beach. With a fireplace...It was in one word amazing! In this tiny place we met a couple. She´s from Australia and he is from South Africa. We were the only four tourists in this place. We chartered them to share the cabin with us as we had hardly any money left and there was no ATM in the town. They agreed and so we could stay two days instead of none in this fantastic place (they are very nice, so it´s not just moneywise, but also for the company! The four of us are traveling together to Florianopolis in Brazil). Punta del Diablo is very remote and utterly pittoresque (is that well written :-)?). It is so nice over there. At this time that is, because in summer the place is crowded. There was still one restaurant open so we were lucky. We walked around, ate empanada´s, ate fish, sat by the fireplace, drank wine (yeah I am trying to drink the stuff and it works out better then before, I will get there one day), ate heaps of chocolate, read, took pictures (duhhhh) and did nothing. Which was exactely what we needed before we got to Brazil. And now, after diverse Chile, mindblowing Argentina and laid back Uruguay, the last country of this trip. We are in Brazillllllllllllllll.
